Different countries have different voltage standards,which results in different running current for motors of the same power. This electrical component can not only control the start and stop of the motor, but also automatically cut off the circuit when the motor is running at overcurrent, thus protecting the motor.
We will adjust the safe current value according to the motor rated current when it leaves the factory, but due to work errors or unstable voltage, the running current of the motor will exceed the setting safe value, causing the motor to stop working and cannot be restarted immediately. If this happens, you need to make adjustments according to the following steps.
Step one – Open the switch box.

Step two – Check the setting value if meet the motor rated current, we suggest add 20%. because when the voltage not enough the motor running current will rise to meet up the total output power.

Step three – Open the cover glass.

Step four – set the right value.

Then, turn back to close the switch box.
3 phases motor running current: I = P / U * 1.3 (P: power, U: voltage)
Single phase motor running current: I = P / U *1.4 (P: power, U: voltage)
