STH-75-B PNEUMATIC FORGING HAMMER
Anyang STH-75B pneumatic forging hammer increases the total weight by about 900kg than the existing design, it inherits the one-piece design power hammer with many features:
1, Easy to be moved or installed.
2, The die alignment will be good.
3, Save floor area.
4, No need to build a foundation block.
But it’s anvil part weight is less and difficult to improve the base weight when making the casting.
Anyang ST settles the problem via cast the anvil part individually, and connecting it to the frame will be like one piece design hammer. we call the new style design hammer B series, the B means Bold & Beast.
STH-75B pneumatic forging hammer.
The anvil casting can increase it’s weight freely liberating from the frame casting. our new design had increased the anvil weight about 900kgs.

Forging practice has proved that a heavier anvil can provide a more stable impact force, which helps to improve the reforging ability of the forging hammer. For example, one study found that increasing the weight of the anvil during the reforging process can effectively reduce the vibration during hammering, and improve the material deformation ability and the forging quality of the workpiece. Other studies have also found that a reasonable selection of anvil weight can reduce the impact load during hammering and help prolong the life of forging the hammer and anvil.
