Why Anyang ST hammer is better than others?
Many ST hammer users asked what is your advantages over others? I always will repeat too much to them then they will glad to select us finally. I post them here to help people who interest in ST hammer. (Continuously updated because many improvements on the way)
ST only focuses on blacksmith forging tools R&D and manufacturing. Many designs are continuously optimized on the original basis, and the quality and performance of the products are continuously improved by replacing structures and parts materials. such as:
- We have designed and made the piston to be integrally cast, which can prevent the problem of the piston cover from falling off; AFP and others are screw cover on the piston use old design, the cover always fall off because of threads loose or broken.
- Replace the copper bushing with a high-strength steel forging bushing (the same material and process as the high-speed rail train); New bushing working life will be at least 5 years but others almost only 2 years.
- Improve anvil weight and cylinder thickness will reduce vibration and noise while forging. Total weight rises 8-10% heavier than others but the price keeps the same as usual.
- One new structure design will come out very soon, it will make anvil weight much heavier than existing 2-3 times. The operator will feel the hammer is more solid and less vibration on the ground. It will be a big step for existing power hammer manufacture, ST will not apply any patent to protect and will open to the market.
- Casting base replaces fabricated ones, It can be adapted to most self-contained power hammers, which will help most such hammer users improve their running hammers in low investment.
